At Grras Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality training programs and ensuring a valuable learning experience for all our students.

No Refund Policy

Once a candidate enrolls and the payment for any course, workshop, internship, or training program is completed, no refund, return, or exchange will be applicable under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal reasons.
• Delay or inability to attend live sessions.
• Non-utilization of training hours or resources.
• Partial completion or discontinuation of the program by the learner.

Transfer & Batch Adjustment

In genuine cases, subject to management approval, learners may request a batch transfer or rescheduling within the same course category. Such requests will be reviewed based on:

• Availability of seats in the next batch.
• Valid documentation or reasoning for the request.
  Please note that batch transfers are a one-time facility and may attract an administrative fee as applicable.

Course Cancellation by Grras

In the unlikely event that a batch or course is cancelled by Grras Solutions due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered:

• An option to reschedule to the next available batch, or
• A full refund of the course fee paid.

Digital Content & Resources

Access to LMS materials, recordings, or digital content is granted immediately after enrollment. As digital access cannot be revoked once provided, no refund will be applicable for such resources.
